Meet the toppers who scored cent percent in ISC examination

The results of the ICSE and ISC exams were announced on Tuesday by the Council for the Indian School Examination. In a first, two students have scored cent percent marks in ISC examination.

In the ISC (class 12th) exam, Dewang Kumar Agarwal from Kolkata and Bengaluru's Vibha Swaminathan have been the top performers, scoring 100% marks. While Juhi Rupesh Kajaria from Mumbai and Manhar Bansal from Muktasar have topped ICSE(class10th) exam scoring 99.60%, TOI reported.

The overall pass percentage for ISC stands at 96.52%, 0.31% up from last year. While the pass percentage for ICSE (class 10th) is 98.54%.

Girls outshine boys yet again, said Gerry Arathoon, Chief Executive, CISCE. Pass percentage for girls in the ISC exam was 97.83% while it was 95.4% for boys.
