Billionaire investor George Soros says President-elect Donald Trump is a con man and a would-be dictator.

Soros, 86, described why he wants the president-elect to fail while speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

"He stands for that other form of government, which is the opposite of an open society," Soros said. "It's really better-described as a dictatorship or a mafia state."

Soros supported Hillary Clinton during her presidential campaign, and donated a to pro-Clinton PAC.
