The biggest winners at the Markets today

MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD.: The carmaker gained 1.3 percent to 4,439 rupees after second quarter profit rose to 1,226 crore rupees from 862.5 crore rupees. Total Income stood at 14,070 crore rupees up from 12,050 crore rupees.

AXIS BANK LTD. The lender rose 1 percent to 526.30 rupees after second quarter net profit gained 1,915.6 crore rupees versus 1,610 crore rupees.

LUPIN LTD.: The Pharma giant fell 5.3 percent to 1,945 rupees after the company reported a less than anticipated growth in second quarter earnings. Profit After Tax rose to 494 crore rupees from 459 crore rupees in the same period a year earlier. Total Income increaswed to 2,581 crore rupees from 2,347 crore rupees in the comparable periods.

ALEMBIC PHARMACEUTICALS LTD.: Rose x percent to x rupees after second quarter net profit surged x percent to 253 crore rupees from 84 crore rupees in the year-ago period. Sales rose to 923 crore rupees from 542 crore rupees.

SPICEJET LTD.: The Airliner jumped 4.5 percent to 43.70 rupees after yet-to-be-listed rival Indigo managed to get a huge oversubscription from its anchor investors in its forthcoming IPO.

DISH TV INDIA LTD.: Fell 1.4 percent to 107.85 rupees on profit booking. The company reported a consolidated second quarter net profit of 87 crore rupees compared with a loss of 14.2 crore rupees.
