- The number of people in jobs in the United Kingdom reached a record high between March and May this year, the Office for National Statistics confirmed on Tuesday.
- The ONS said that there were 32.4 million people in work during the period.
- Unemployment also fell, with 12,000 people fewer out of work than in the previous period.
