Dec 19, 2016, 16:31 IST
The entrepreneur is a resource, and also an individual in their own particular right. The fruitful businessman – whom is probably going to have made a product or service of note, constructed a considerable customer base and turned over a profit in a time of financial doom-and-melancholy around the world – normally has an abundance of understanding, intelligence and innovation to offer.

The question here is how do you make sure you leave an impact like Bill Gates, Mark Zukerberg etc? Master these 3 things and expect the society to look up to you

Control

You call the shots and make the decisions that ultimately determine the success or failure of your business. Once you’ve built an expertise on taking the right choices, you’ll be asked and followed by many.

Why

“Why” is the most important question of all. Ask this at least 5 times to yourself. ‘Why are you doing this?’ Revisit your plan. Once you’ve all practiced and installed the answer in your mind, you’re already changing the global society and the way people think. It’s easy to influence people once you believe what you’re doing and how you’re doing it.

Mindset

Develop an exponential mindset—where you see the world as loaded with plausibility and trust. Try not to work in confinement. Rather, collaborate with other transformational leaders and construct an outstanding team; they'll show you how to be a better leader. What's more, you'll manufacture something much greater than yourself and with a lasting legacy.
