Xiaomi founder Lei Jun shares 3 lessons for success

Xiaomi Founder and CEO Lei Jun is riding high on India’s growth story and is exploring the market like never before.

While speaking at the Economic Times Global Business Summit, Lei spoke about the recipe for success that Xiaomi follows. Lei said companies should understand the difference between “cheap and value for money”.

He said the approach should be consumer-centric and companies should serve "customers with a value for money proposition”.
