Cyrus Mistry files 4 caveats against Ratan Tata, Tata Sons

Brace up for a big court battle as Cyrus Mistry filed four caveats at the Companies Law Tribunal, a day after he was removed as Tata Sons Chairman.
As per various reports, Mistry, 48, filed three caveats againstRatan Tata , Tata Sons, Sir Dorabji Trusts.
The remaining one caveat was filed by Cyrus Investments Pvt Ltd against Ratan Tata and Tata Sons.
Mistry has roped in two senior lawyers from law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas for the same.
Earlier in the day,Tata Group filed caveat in Supreme Court, Bombay High Court and Companies Law tribunal to prevent Mistry from getting ex-parte order against his sacking.
Meanwhile, Tatas have roped in Harish Salve, Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Kapil Sibal, who met and discussed all possibilities.
After Mistry was removed by the board, Mistry protested and Shapoorji Pallonji termed the move as illegal. They are going to challenge the decision in Bombay High Court.
