DEUTSCHE BANK: These are the 5 questions European clients are asking us about stocks
Aly Weisman/Business Insider
Equities across the continent have struggled to make any sort of progress in the first five months of 2016, with the Stoxx 600 broad index down more than 3.6% since the start of January, and several banks are forecasting that there will be little or no upside in stocks by the end of 2016.
That lack of performance is being driven by a variety of factors, including the UK's impending EU referendum, a slowdown in China, and a generally sluggish picture in the global economy. Understandably given how much stocks are struggling on the continent, investors have questions.
Deutsche Bank analysts compiled the five most-asked questions about the European equity markets from their clients. Spanning everything from the recovery in oil prices to the performance of the Chinese yuan, back to the inevitable questions about Brexit, it makes a brilliant cheat sheet giving you everything you need to about what is on the radar of the financial world right now.
We've included the questions Deutsche Bank is getting asked, their answers, as well as charts and commentary from the bank's analysts. Take a look below.
