Paytm drags Snapdeal-owned firm to court for stealing business data

Paytm has accused Unicommerce of accessing confidential business data from its commerce platform through its sellers. A lot of sellers who use Paytm also use Unicommerce for managing orders and inventory across multiple marketplaces and carts. Not only this, Paytm has also alleged that Unicommerce for using its logo and name without being authorized to do so.
No one from Paytm, Snapdeal or Unicommerce commented on the matter, calling it subjudice.
