Online fashion retailer Jabong could finally be acquired either by Snapdeal or Kishore Biryani's Future Group. However, the final price at which it would be acquired is way less than what its asking price was. Also read: Jabong has no buyers, not even at the unbelievably low price of Rs 663 crore
Reportedly, Snapdeal has offered for a cash-cum-stock transaction, while the Future Group has offered an all-cash deal.
