1. People are saying that Facebook is considering buying Twitter. But that doesn't make much sense, because Facebook's previous acquisitions - Instagram, WhatsApp and Oculus - all had big growth potential at the time.

2. Hassle, the London startup which connects customers with cleaners, has been acquired by rival cleaning company Helpling for €32 million. Buying Hassle will help Helpling enter the UK market.

3. Reddit's Ask Me Anything feature went down after a key employee was allegedly let go yesterday, and the site still hasn't recovered. Subreddit monitors have been revolting, turning their sections to private in protest.

4. June had the most IPOs since August 2000. Last month, 35 companies went public.

5. When HP splits, employees won't be able to jump from one company to the other. HP Inc won't be able to hire employees from HP Enterprise for six months, and vice-versa. They can't even approach employees about job openings for a year.

6. GoPro cameras are going to change the way we watch the Tour de France. On every stage at least eight bikes will be equipped with onboard cameras.

7. Facebook is in talks with music labels, but nobody knows why. It could be part of a move toward its own music service, but it's more likely that it is to do with licensing music for videos.

9. Multibillion dollar blood testing startup Theranos just got FDA approval for one test. The company says the decision validates the controversial method used on the rest of its tests, which only uses a single drop of blood.

10. Most people will have to wait a little longer to get the Windows 10 upgrade. It will only be available to select people on its July 29 release date.
