Apple will announce the next iPhone the week of September 7, John Paczkowski of BuzzFeed reports.

The report says Apple will likely hold its annual iPhone event on September 9, although that date may not be completely locked down yet.

The next iPhone, the so-called iPhone 6S, is said to look nearly identical to the iPhone 6, but will have a faster processor, better camera, and a new method of control called Force Touch.

Force Touch was first introduced in the Apple Watch, and allows the device to detect how hard a user presses down on the screen. It adds an extra layer of control to touchscreen devices.

In addition to the iPhone 6S, Apple is expected to announce a new model of the Apple TV box, Paczkowski reports. It'll have a new design, faster processor, access to the App Store, a new remote with a touchpad, and Siri controls.
