The incident took place on Sunday evening when the woman along with her sister was going to visit a doctor. Her scooty stopped at a traffic intersection in the city alongside the MLA aspirant's car. The women realized that the gunner winked at her from inside the car.
Without even waiting for a minute, she jumped atop the leader's Mercedes and smashed the windshield after tearing off the party flag on the bonnet.

The video of her courage took social media by storm, with most people sharing links online and appreciating her courage. Some said that was the way to deal with eve-teasers, however mighty they may be.

The 2 minute-video shows the woman leaving her scooty behind to climb up the car. She then uproots the SP flag fluttering at one end and uses it to break the vehicle's windshield. She challenged SP leader Abhinav Sharma and his body guard to come out and face her.

Sharma however, refused to admit that his security guard had winked at any of the sisters and told the Times of India that his vehicle may have brushed against the women's scooty which might have infuriated them.

A number of people soon gathered at the spot while Sharma remained inside his car. A few of his guards came out and took on the woman.
Eye-witnesses said: "One of the men snatched the woman's mobile phone with which she had clicked the picture of the guard and threw it on the road. That enraged her further."

The woman later refused to climb down from the car, demanding money both for her damaged phone and an apology from the bodyguard. Finally, after an hour-long debate, the woman was paid Rs 6,500 as the cost of her broken handset.
