Hewitt's benefits included an auto allowance of $7,200 and a medical allowance of $4,000.

Roberts was paid $31,854 in "benefits in kind." The annual report does not detail what these were, except for saying that benefits relating to the use of a company-provided vehicle are not mentioned when they are for an immaterial amount.

Kauffman, who became MDC Partners CEO in July 2015, received a $34,135 perquisite allowance that year.

However, from January 2016, Kauffman no longer receives a perquisite allowance and he declined to participate in the company's welfare benefit plans and programs.

Coste's total "other compensation" for 2015 was $76,045.

That included $8,358 paid for family travel to Coste's former home in Paris and tax planning advisory fees. He is entitled to receive reimbursement for airplane travel costs for him and his family to visit France once per year, plus $2,5000 for the preparation of US tax returns.

He was also given a perquisite allowance of $50,000 and $17,687 i health insurance premiums.

On January 1, 2016, Senecal exclusively became global CEO of MDC's ad agency CPB and no longer serves as an executive director of the company. She was previously in a dual role as president and CEO of The MDC Partner Network and CEO of CPB.

In the 2015 financial year, Senecal received $133,628 in "other compensation."

That included a $89,261 housing relocation allowance, as she moved to Boulder, Colorado, where CPB's headquarters are located.

Nadal received $375,000 in "other compensation" in the 2015 financial year. He resigned from the company in July 2015 amid an SEC investigation into his expenses, the company's goodwill, and other accounting practices.

Nadal has agreed to pay back the company more than $21 million, Adweek reported. He was not paid any severance.

In the first and second quarter of 2015, MDC paid a total of $397,767 for the business use of an airplane and helicopter, which was owned by entities controlled by Nadal and leased to an independent corporate aircraft management company.

As was detailed in the previous annual the aircraft was used to transport him from his residences in the Bahamas and West Palm Beach Florida, to and from the company's office in New York and to business events.
