You’re Unhealthy
Your back hearts, your tummy is bulging out but you have no time to take care of this, such is the work pressure. When you have, you can't get out of bed because your body wants sleep.
Your Skills Are Underutilized
You yawn sitting at your desk all day. Little bit of focus on the computer screen gets you a headache. How you wish you returned to the old job where you got the kick chasing bureaucrats, politicians and your sources for scoops while on the field.
You Lack Passion
You no longer welcome each morning with a smile because you are not passionate enough for the job you are in. It's therefore just another day when you are dreading going to office.
There Are Ethical/Moral Differences
Sometimes, you go out of the way to do things that's expected to you at work, but it's so much against your moral or ethical code, that you begin to suffocate and look at yourself critically.

We all know what a workplace can become for an employee if the one he was supposed to have the best relations with, actually turns out to be the worse. He is supposed to review your performance and decide your salary hike. He is the one you spend more time with than family. And well, if he turns out to be a bully who is just not fond of you for some reason, you are doomed. You can never love that job!
You are Underpaid
This happens to all of us in times when a lucrative offer awaits us. The company's brand name, the designation, the job role - everything is perfect. Umm .. salary? It's OK but we see the brighter side and make ourselves believe WHAT A FANTASTIC JOB IT IS! Until we join the company and figure out where the hell we stand.
You Don’t Like Your Co-Workers
This is also natural. Everyone is not meant to get along with everyone else. But when fate is a bit too harsh on you, this happens at your workplace. Something keeps you from being the free, uncaring and non-judgmental person that you are outside and so you make ENEMIES. Period.
You haven’t discovered your purpose
Directionless? Took the job because it came your way. Now, you do not like it. Well, only you can help yourself out of this mess. Meanwhile, that present job is going to irk you a bit, my friend.
You’re an insecure person
You take appreciation for someone else as humiliation for yourself. Another person hailed means you are undervalued. So you are never able to appreciate others for their good work or buck up yourself to do better. And therefore the dissatisfaction!

Understand you have lost interest in that new job when you begin finding reasons why things can’t be done rather than looking for ways to do them.
