Former Pakistani cricket captain Wasim Akram’s car was attacked by an unidentified gunman in Karachi and luckily the cricketer escaped unhurt.

The incident happened when he was on his way to National Stadium in Karachi and a gunman opened fire at his car.

Akram told reporters that no one was hurt, saying, “A car hit my vehicle and when we asked the driver to pull over, he stepped out and opened fire. He definitely looked like an official. If he can do this to me, what will he do to the common man?"
