  • Jessica Drake, a porn star who accused President Donald Trump of sexual misconduct, was named as having "confidential information" about Trump's alleged sexual relationship with another porn star, Stephanie Clifford, in an October 2016 non-disclosure agreement.
  • Drake and Clifford both say they first met Trump at a July 2006 celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe.
  • Drake accused Trump of forcibly kissing her and offering her money for sex just days before Clifford signed a $130,000 settlement agreement negotiated by Trump's lawyer.

Jessica Drake, a porn star who accused President Donald Trump of sexual misconduct, was named as having "confidential information" about Trump's alleged sexual relationship with another porn star, Stephanie Clifford, in an October 2016 non-disclosure agreement.

Drake, who also goes by Angel Ryan, was listed in the hush agreement under her secondary name indicating that she had information about Trump's relationship with Clifford, whose stage name is Stormy Daniels.

Drake's attorney, Gloria Allred, confirmed to CNN on Thursday that the "Angel Ryan" mentioned in the document is Drake.

"Jessica Drake is still my client. She is Angel Ryan and the one whose name is in the settlement agreement," Allred said.

Just a week before Clifford signed the October 2016 agreement, Drake publicly accused Trump of kissing her without permission and offering to pay her for sex at the 2006 golf tournament. Trump has called the allegations "total fiction."

The development is the latest twist in an increasingly public story about Trump's alleged affair, which Trump's lawyer paid Clifford $130,000 to remain silent about.

Clifford sued the president on Tuesday, claiming that the non-disclosure agreement designed to conceal the affair is invalid because the president never signed the document. According to the suit, Trump "purposely did not sign the agreement so he could later, if need be, publicly disavow any knowledge of the Hush Agreement and Ms. Clifford."

On Wednesday, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said the president, who denies having any relationship with Clifford, did not know about the payment.

Clifford has said privately that she met and had sex with Trump while attending 2006 golf tournament and carried on a sexual relationship with Trump into 2007. Trump married his third wife, Melania Trump, in 2005.

In January, In Touch Weekly, a celebrity magazine, published the transcript from a lengthy 2011 interview with Clifford in which she described details of her alleged affair with Trump, including that he nicknamed her "honey bunch" and said she was "smart and beautiful just like his daughter." The interview was conducted years before the porn star allegedly signed the non-disclosure agreement.
