Abhishek Bachchan is a bigger family man than actor. Know why

Bollywood isn’t new to trolls, but when a person decided to pull one on Abhishek Bachchan, the actor gave him such a hard-hitting reply that the user ended up apologizing for his behavior.

For those unaware, this is what happened: A user posted a photo of the Abhishek Bachchan with Aaradhya, his daughter, on Twitter account and joked how actor’s flop movies would force Aaradhya question her mother, actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, about her choice of husband.

The tweet in question attracted a lot of criticism from tweeples, but it was Jr. Bachchan who gave a fitting reply to the user.

@Mayankaryan084 you feeling better about yourself now??? Good! Glad to have been of service. Now go back to the hole you crawled out of.

The user, who was certainly enjoying the sudden attention he got didn’t stop at this and went on to say how deciding not to watch Jr. Bachchan’s movies was the best decision that he took in life. However, a few arguments later, Abhishek, being the protective father that he is, took a stand and posted:

@Mayankaryan084 don’t like my movies? That’s cool. Will work harder to make movies you like. Bringing my daughter into it is NOT cool.

Following this strong statement coming from the father Abhishek and not the actor Abhishek, the user apologized and deleted the tweet in question. Consequently, the stand that Abhishek took went viral and got huge support from his followers.

However, this is not the first time when Abhishek Bachchan has proved that he is a family man. Here are some of the instances that prove that despite being trolled hard for not being as successful as his parents or his wife, the actor always stand up for his folks.

The doting father
According to some reports, Abhishek got his ears pierced before his daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. He wanted to ensure if piercing would hurt her little princess too much.

The humble son
On being asked if he ever wished for the kind of stardom that his father Amitabh Bachchan enjoys, the actor went on to say, “No. That’s not possible. Have you seen the North Star? It appears once in a lifetime. There has been no star as huge as Dad nor will there ever be.”

Also, at the start of his career, he had said this:

“My dad and mom are too great for anyone to even try to be like them. So why should I even try?”

The supportive husband
On accompanying his wife Aishwarya, who is the global face of Bollywood, to the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, he said, “I’ve often been asked how it feels to walk the red carpet with your wife at Cannes. I find this attitude chauvinistic. It means that you are the husband so how can you walk with her? Do you ever ask Aishwarya why she walks the red carpet with me at the premieres of my films? She attends all my events, but I cannot accompany her. That’s wrong. If my wife supports me, then it’s my duty to support her.”
