In addition to releasing rankings of highly rated CEOs based on employee ratings, career site Comparably publishes an annual ranking of the top leadership teams. This ranking isn't just based on CEOs, but also on how top executives and direct managers are doing, according to employees.
To find the companies with the best leadership teams at large companies, or companies with over 500 employees, Comparably used anonymous ratings over a 12-month period starting on June 23, 2020. Employees were asked questions about the leadership team at the company, such as "does your manager seem to care about you as a person?" and "do you approve of the job your executive team is doing at your company?"
The full list for companies of all sizes can be found on Comparably. All the above employee quotes and industries are from Comparably and provided to Insider. Some of the quotes have been edited for grammar.
