But, cheap products don’t come easy with a hungry crowd descending to ensure that the best deals come home to them. Before you prepare yourself for the battle and sweat the hell out, we at Business Insider decided to help our readers with a cheat-list.
Want all the good deals on
Let’s take you through what we already know. The sales will go on till the 18th of October. This year, Flipkart’s Big Billion Day sale is only limited to the app which means you’ll have to download and sign in/register on the app before you proceed. Flipkart has also dedicated each day of the sale to a certain products. For example- 13th October was about Apparel. You can find the list anywhere on Google. Give that a look
Once you’ve done that, keep these things in mind:

1. Make sure that you have installed the latest update of the app (which is known to give up just when you’re about to checkout ) and are near a fast 3G/Wifi connection. This might seem like an obvious tip, but trust us, it’s quite necessary.
2. Make a list of what you want and search the web for the most preferred brand of that product. Once you’re done zeroing in, find those products on the app and add them to your wish-list a day prior to the sale.
3. Save your information, billing (debit card/credit card) and delivery addresses on the Flipkart well before the sale is about to begin, so that at the time of the sale you’re not wasting time filling out your information while the product you were lusting after gets sold out. Also, ensure you have added more than one address, as Flipkart has a history of error messages that tell you that the item is not available in the pin-code provided. Make one out of the two addresses your default address.
4. The D-Day arrives! On the dale of the sale, all you need to do is constantly keep checking your wishlist and keep track of discounts on the products. The discounts may vary from time to time so you really need to be alert. Once you see the product is at its best price, take the leap and BUY IT!
Happy shopping!
