1. Take risks, make big bets:
Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg said one should be willing to make big bets. His one of the big bets was when he launched Facebook News Feed, which was criticised earlier.
2. Pay attention to details:
Steve Jobs said one should be obsessed with perfection and detailing. He was often termed as ‘heartless’ for being too obsessed with details but he said, when you care about the brand, put your heart in it.
3. Don’t be complex:
Bill Gates said one should not be too complex and find a solution with care and simplicity. He said complexity makes it hard to turn care into action and finding a solution to the problem.
