Heads up! We are minutes away from the release of the January S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index, due out at 9 AM ET.

Economists predict the 20-city composite index rose 0.6% in January to 165.73, up 13.34% from a year earlier. In December, the index advanced 0.76% to 165.69, up 13.42% from a year earlier.
