Federal Reserve chair Janet Yellen is expected to begin her press conference at 2:30 p.m. ET.

Earlier Wednesday, the Fed left interest rates unchanged, as expected. Its statement acknowledged the May slowdown in hiring, saying the Fed expects labor-market indicators to continue to strengthen.
In addition, six Fed officials now anticipate that there would only be one rate hike this year, down from just one person in March.
