On Tuesday Apple unveiled the new iPad Mini (along with the iPad Air).

The new mini-tablet has a Retina display, just like other iPhones and iPads, as well as the same A7 processor as the iPhone 5S and iPad Air.

The iPad Mini's sharp screen comes with a $70 price bump - which BI's Jay Yarow describes as a s trange, high-risk move from Apple.
