I used a £150 sleep tracker to find out just how badly I sleep every night

How much sleep do you get every night? Chances are you have a vague idea, but it would be handy to know how much you sleep, and how well you sleep as well.

Sense is a £150 sleep tracker made in the US that originated from a Kickstarter campaign in 2014 that brought in over $2 million (£1.5 million). It uses an orb-shaped device on your bedside table and a pillow clip to measure things like movement, humidity, and air quality.

I used Sense for over two weeks to measure my sleep and also to track the environment in my bedroom. Here's what I found:
