Indian music channel TSeries wins the race to 100 million subscribers against PewDiePie

  • TSeries has achieved another milestone of crossing 100 million subscribers, the first youtube channel in the world to do so.
  • T Series recently dethroned PewDiePie as the world’s most subscribed channel.
The online battle between PewDiePie and Indian Music channel, T-Series took an interesting turn today after T series officially became the only youtube channel in the world to grab 100 million subscribers.

The two channels — PewDiePie and T Series— have been bouncing back and forth to compete the reach the user base of 100 million from months. Both the channels were having more than 90 million subscribers and were racing to become number one since March 19, , according to a live subscriber count being broadcast on YouTube




T -Series — a Bollywood production company which releases lavish music videos — had been eyeing on the youtube crown by overtaking PewDiePie for a few months now.

Interestingly, T Series recently dethroned PewDiePie as the world’s most subscribed channel. PewDiePie was pulled behind by Tseries last year. The Swedish YouTuber also launched a campaign to get back to his top spot. The battle got interesting when both the channels increased their subscribers through the fight and faced neck-to-neck competition.
