Twitter's stock has been pummeled, falling more than 70% from its 52-week high. All eyes will be on Twitter's user growth in the fourth quarter, and on its plan to rekindle user growth in the year ahead.

  • MAUs: 323 million average analyst expectation, up from 320 million in the third quarter of 2015.
  • Revenue: $710 million average analyst expectation, which would be at the top end of Twitter's own forecast and represent 48% growth from the year-ago period.
  • EPS (adjusted): 12 cents average analyst expectation, flat year-over-year.

Wall Street's expectations for user growth in the fourth quarter are pretty lackluster, following several quarters of stagnant growth.

Twitter may supplement its earnings report with some other news. The company is expected to bring in some new board members, including one new director with deep media industry experience.
