The 30 Under 30 list is chosen by a panel of judges consisting of Anthony Scaramucci, the founder of hedge fund SkyBridge Capital; Robert Smith, the founder of private equity firm Vista Equity; and Tracy Britt Cool, the CEO of Pampered Chef and a financial assistant to Warren Buffett.

Readers can nominate impressive young people for the list, and the judges make their selections from those nominations.

The list is meant to represent the "game changers under 30 transforming the world," according to Forbes.

This year, the finance list included Darren Dixon, 29, Moritz Baier, 29, and Seda Arca, 28 - all of Goldman Sachs.
