On his fourth day of his Japan visit, Prime Minister "India is a land of Lord Buddha.
During an interactive session, he was asked how India could command the trust of the international community without signing the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). Modi said that India did not sign the NPT because it has flaws.
Modi said, “commitment to non-violence is total” and it is in the "DNA of Indian society and this is above any international treaty."
