Yes, Mark Zuckerberg is showing off his MMA skills - and UFC champion Conor McGregor approves

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, known for his mind, is now proving to be a worthy opponents on the mats – and UFC champion Conor McGregor approves.

The billionaire shared a clip of himself training with MMA fighter Khai Wu on his Instagram.

Zuckerberg encouraged his training partner who was making his UFC debut the night of the post. "Go get it Khai and looking forward to a great fight!"

McGregor, the first UFC fighter to hold titles in two weight classes simultaneously, reacted to Zuckerberg's video: "Fucking awesome Mark."

Melinda Davenport, who is in charge of communications at Meta, encouraged her boss: "I'm impressed. The head kicks looked good! We need to think of a fighter nickname for you. And a walkout song…"

Other comments show that Zuckerberg's fighting skills were praised. MMA fighter Johnny Eblen even commented: "Let's train @zuck."

Joe Rogan encouraged the billionaire, saying: "This is great! I'm so happy to see this. Training looks solid too!"

Zuckerberg made a recent appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast and shared how overwhelmed he gets when looking at all of the notifications on his phone, and explained he often needs to give his body a "reset" in the morning and be productive, which is why he has turned to exercise.

He said he avoids running because it doesn't help him take his mind off work, despite loving the activity.

The 38-year-old tech mogul said he started mixed martial arts and surfing because they all require you to be focused the entire time.

He then said about MMA: "What's a thing that's both super engaging physically, but also intellectually, where you can't afford to focus on something else?"

"If you stop paying attention for one second, you're gonna end up on the bottom," Zuckerberg added.
