Rightmove director Miles Shipside told Homes & Property: "This year's list of most popular homes shows just how much people love having a nosy around some of the most luxurious properties across the UK, some to dream about living there and others to perhaps look for design inspiration."

And it's not hard to see why.

Set back from the street behind its own landscaped front garden, the entrance to the house is approached via steps that lead up and into a rather grand-looking entrance hall, complete with marble pillars.
