This 5-star hotel chain's 'Marry on EMI' offer to ease demonetization impact on Indian weddings is a steal deal this marriage season

At a time when demonetization is hitting wedding plans across the country, a Bengaluru-based hotel chain has rolled out ‘Marry now Pay Later’ scheme to let people host their weddings without worrying about the cash crunch.
Royal OrchidHotels claim it will take care of the venue, decorations, catering, stay, music and transport with zero percent down payments.
Moreover, the first EMI has to be paid only after 30 days of the booking. The hotel has tied up withBajaj Financial Services for the wedding season offer.
CK Baljee, MD, Royal Orchid Hotels said - “A heavily cash dependent country, especially for vendors supplying services and material for weddings, the cash in hand crunch situation, can really mar celebrations and cripple people.”
“We wanted to address this pressing issue for families, parents getting their children married,” he said.
He further added, “The scheme will enable people to host their dream weddings at the best of leisure properties. So people can celebrate these precious moments without having to worry about payments.”
Royal Orchids primarily operates 5 and 4-star hotels, aiming to target the discerning business and leisure travellers. It currently operates 38 hotels across India. The offer, however, is applicable only in the hotel’s properties inBengaluru , Goa, Mussoorie and Jaipur.
