This is the best pizza place in the country for kids, according to travel app Gogobot

Everyone loves pizza but kids seem to love it doubly so.

And there's one pizza parlor in the country that families love the most, according to travel site Gogobot: Home Slice Pizza in Austin, Texas.

Gogobot is a bit different from Yelp or TripAdvisor in that it organizes everyone by "tribes."

You join a tribe like "families" or "foodies" or "budget travelers." And then you can see recommendations of other folks in your tribe.

Gogobot dug through the data on all the reviews of all the pizza places in the country for the Family Tribe and Home Slice came up tops.

The secret? They give kids a dough ball to play with while they wait for their food.

But it also scores high with budget lovers, because a slice of pizza costs $4.

And it scores high with foodies because this is traditional New York style pizza, the kind you have to fold to eat. (There's even folding instructions on the menu.)

And choices range from the Margherita (fresh mozzarella, diced Roma tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic & basil); through the Classic (pepperoni and mushroom); to the unusual like Eggplant Pie (described as "a NY staple that's like eggplant parmesan on a pie') or White Clam Pizza (chopped clams, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, fresh oregano and Pecorino Romano - street cred in Naples and New Haven).

To top it off, the menu includes wine pairing recommendations.

People also like the location in the South Congress neighborhood, and the patio with bar, and the special events like the annual Carnival O' Pizza (held in November).

Writes one reviewer, "Drool to the max. I ate this pizza twice in four days while I was visiting, but that still wasn't enough! I never got to try their eggplant slice, but I hear it's killer. It's ok though, because I will be back!"
