Eyeing global opportunities for growth, more of India’s youth has been actively looking for job prospects in countries outside India.

According to a recent report titled ‘India Workforce Report,’ by LinkedIn, which analysed the industry trends in India and hiring of key talent, the US remains the top destination outside India for working professionals. In fact, every one in three migrants from India relocates to the US for work opportunities.

Focussing on the findings from the report, Mahesh Narayanan, Country Manager India, LinkedIn, said “India has one of the youngest and most rapidly growing workforces in the world,” adding that “software engineering and business management are the most sought-after jobs in 2018 in India across industries, as well as for talent moving outside India.”
