Israeli startup, which is entering India, just got $430 million fundingWeWork, an Israeli startup, which declared its plan to set shop in India soon, just raised $430 million from Chinese investors.

The office rental space startup got funding from Legend Holdings and Hony Capital and this funding round has raised WeWork’s valuation to $16 billion.

With this investment, WeWork’s Adam Neumann plans to expand footprint in Asia.

As per reports, WeWork’s valuation climbed from $5bn in 2014 to $16bn this year, which is more than Elon Musk’s SpaceX and Pinterest.

Neumann, during Startup India, Standup India event in New Delhi, had said he wanted to leverage India’s workforce to build a global community.

WeWork has 80 co-working spaces in 23 cities around the globe and has 30,000 clients, such as Merck and American Express.
