What do you do when you want to interview the President of the United States? You zoom into the Whitehouse in a sexy 1963 Corvette Stingray, and take him out for a drive. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!

Don’t blame me, Jerry Seinfeld’s Season 7 Premiere of ‘Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee’ would lead you to believe just that. As a welcome change from the hullabaloo of the Presidential race, average Joes like us are offered a one-in-a-lifetime insider’s view into the life of the world’s most protected public personality.

Comedian Seinfeld quite literally struts into Obama’s Oval office, and nonchalantly asks if the apples in there are ‘washed’! God, that’s awesome.

The almost half-an-hour session offers an alternate view into the human side of the US President. While it may be Seinfeld’s programme, but Obama steals the show with his trivia and opinion. We now know that he misses the anonymity he once enjoyed, has no control over his Nacho cravings, swears to de-stress and sticks to one brand and one color of underwear (what?).

Watch the episode. It’s edgy, stubby and perfectly proportionate. I was talking about the car, for once.
