For the first time, LinkedIn recently bought over by Microsoft , has released a rather interesting list of the most sought after companies, the ones Indians aspire to be a part of.
The company claims this ‘Top Attractors’ list to be the first ranking of its kind by LinkedIn based entirely on actions of users.
The LinkedIn team working on this has analyzed all the actions taken by their 433 million-plus members in order to come up with a blended score that was then used to rank the winners in each geography. The methodology leveraged actions such as job applications, engagement and the staying capacity of new hires.
So here what the results are like, and there are no points for guessing the first one:
