By arranging pick-up and drop for the car and eliminating the need for the car owners to take quotes, haggle for prices or make a visit to the workshop to run a final check, the brand has come to the rescue of every busy professional who view car servicing and repair work as drudgery.
“GetCarXpert’s website helps them access convenient, quality and cost effective maintenance and repairs. Our workshops include authorised
service centres and selective multibrand workshops. To assure quality, we are building enablers for the ecosystem: a spare parts supply chain, training and IT/IoT tools” adds Navneet Pratap Singh, CEO at GetCarXpert.

The idea, as Singh claims was to position themselves as the best alternative to unreliable local workshops and authorised service centres.
“GetCarXpert.com addresses the core issues faced by car owners: lack of transparent & up-front Pricing, use of genuine car parts, warranty besides offering a convenience of booking an appointment,” explains Singh.
However offering quality services at affordable process wasn’t as easy as the duo thought it would be. “Our biggest challenge was locating workshops that fit our criteria and requirements and then training the workshop manpower on IT tools,” admits Singh.
The pricing at all 35 of GetCarXpert managed workshops are the same and are much affordable than what is charged at unreliable local workshops. Every workshop has a GetCarXpert verified engineer who ensures that a quality and hassle-free experience is delivered to a customer.

“The pricing has been decided by taking into consideration all components such as cost of parts, cost of lubes, labor costs, overheads, taxes etc,” says Singh, adding that it is the transparency in their pricing which has helped them in retaining customers and earning their trust. The customers on their part have returned their favour with the startup seeing over 500 customers in a span of just three months.
Apart from focusing on making their present felt in over 10 cities in the next 12 months (They are present only in Delhi-NCR at the moment), the company is also working on an app that will be ready for download by May.
