Usually, the term ‘BOSS’ shapes the image of a tough, decisive, hard-nosed, quick-to-judge, ultra-rational and results-driven person in one’s mind. Often, we tend to equate a good leader with these traits, but do they really qualify as great managers? And if these are great qualities, then what are behaviours that make managers struggle?
