A 23-year-old was arrested near Paris with explosives and a picture of an ISIS flag on his phone

The driver was initially arrested in the Val-de-Marne (just south of Paris) because his suspected involvement in a number of robberies, French radio Europe 1 reports.
Police suspected him of going back to his clients' house after dropping them off at the airport, but after detaining him, they realised he was under the surveillance of French authorities and listed as a person who could pose a threat to the country.
They then discovered the picture of an ISIS flag on his phone and three passports and two drivers' licenses that were stolen in a robbery last Thursday in his car. Police found two dynamite sticks, detonating wires, and explosives when searching his flat.
The man - who appears to have been radicalised - is still in custody and is being questioned about his intended use of the explosives.
The arrest comes as France is still mourning the 84 people that were killed after Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, who was radicalised by an ISIS recruiter, rammed a truck into a crowd enjoying the July 14 Bastille Day festivities in Nice.
