The 7-second clip, which was reportedly posted on Instagram before being deleted, shows five people in black jumpsuits and face masks chanting while a man kneels in an orange jumpsuit.

The video was reportedly made during a team-building exercise at Teamworks Karting, an indoor go-kart track in Birmingham.

A spokesperson for HSBC told The Sun that those involved in this "abhorrent" video have been fired and that the bank doesn't tolerate "inappropriate" behavior.

You can watch the clip on The Sun's website.
