Copper futures ease on low demand
New Delhi, Feb 24 () Copper futures on Monday traded 0.98 per cent lower at Rs 426.05 per kg as speculators reduced their exposure on weak spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for February delivery fell by Rs 4.20, or 0.98 per cent, to Rs 426.05 per kg in a business turnover of 1,263 lots.

Similarly, copper contracts for March delivery traded lower by Rs 4.35, or 1 per cent, to Rs 430.40 per kg in a business turnover of 1,776 lots.
