"I own a house in Charlottesville," Trump said, referring to his winery there. "Does anyone know I own a house in Charlottesville?"
Trump Winery's website claims that the 1,300-acre estate is "Virginia's largest vineyard and the largest vinifera vineyard on the East Coast."
"Oh boy, it's gonna be ... it's in Charlottesville," Trump continued. "It is the winery. I mean, I know a lot about Charlottesville. Charlottesville is a great place that's been very badly hurt over the last couple of days. I own actually one of the largest wineries in the United States, it's in Charlottesville.
Trump earlier delivered prepared remarks on an executive order he signed promising to streamline infrastructure projects in the US. Questions from reporters that followed primarily focused on the fallout from the Charlottesville protests.
