Ford Reveals Figo Concept Car In India

The show doors of Auto Expo 2014 are about to open and car manufacturer’s are queuing up to reveal some of their designs. Ford yesterday showcased Figo concept car, which is likely to be in the ‘B’ segment of Indian cars that comprise of sub-four-meter designs. Figo concept is Ford’s vision for a fresh approach to the compact car segment, which has more room inside with a decent sized boot.

The first looks of the car a very desirable. However, there might be minor changes when the final version comes out. Figo concept could be the answer Ford was searching for, for a solid car in the mid segment of passenger vehicles. To take on its competitors it will be priced at par with the Honda Amaze and Maruti Swift Dzire. The company did not reveal too much of the specifications, however said that it will have cutting edge technology inside and the latest engine from Ford’s factories. It will be manufactured in the Gujarat facilities of Ford India and should be available in 2015.
