Here’s why HR is the most preferred specialization this year

If marketing is the heart of an organization, human resource functions as the brain. Without good HR policies and efficient people handling the major department, an organization cannot progress. Besides good HR practices help the employees grow in their career as well. And at the times of turbulence, when most businesses are going through right sizing, HR department is still doing well compared to others.
