Run an antivirus scan

The surest way to make sure that your android phone does not have any antivirus is to run an antivirus scan. Mobile antivirus can automatically scan the downloads on your mobile phone and can warn you about the apps that will leak your personal information, allow pop-up ads on your phone or drain away your phone battery. Do factory reset on your phone

If the above mentioned methods do not successfully remove the malware or virus from your android phone, do a factory reset. This process will clear your phone of all the data. Before doing this, take a backup of all the files, data, photos and videos you will want to retain. Do the factory reset in this way: Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Erase all data.
