Facebook’s business edition claims to make companies more ‘productive, efficient and collaborative’ as they’re already familiar to Facebook’s interface. The platform is available on desktop and mobile devices.
The bank will now be using the solution to improve the communication flow within the organization. The company claims this will boost its 'internal communication' and help foster employee engagement and productivity.
