If you’re a Yes Bank employee, you can now use Facebook at Work

Imagine being a bank employee where the enterprise software your company uses is Facebook. Too good to be true? Nope.

Yes Bank has joined hands with Facebook at Work to roll out the platform to all its 15,000 plus employees. This makes it the first bank in India to do so. The company’s Managing Director and CEO Rana Kapoor thinks this will boost his employees’ creativity.

Commenting on the launch Mr. Kapoor said," Collaboration and exchange of ideas at the work-place is the key to drive motivation, and Facebook at Work is a powerful platform which allows every Yes Banker to visualize, strategize and actualize in a collaborative environment."

Facebook’s business edition claims to make companies more ‘productive, efficient and collaborative’ as they’re already familiar to Facebook’s interface. The platform is available on desktop and mobile devices.

The bank will now be using the solution to improve the communication flow within the organization. The company claims this will boost its 'internal communication' and help foster employee engagement and productivity.
