Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput commits suicide. He hung himself in his home at Bandra in Mumbai. The Mumbai Police has confirmed the news but haven't revealed any reason behind the step.

He was found hanging at his home by his domestic help who alerted the police.

Bollywood and social media reacted with shock and disbelief on hearing the news of Rajput's death.


A few days before his manager reportedly committed suicide by jumping off the 14th floor of her apartment in Malad on Monday night.



Expressing shock at his death, the prime minister said Rajput's rise in the world of entertainment inspired many and he leaves behind several memorable performances.
"Sushant Singh Rajput...a bright young actor gone too soon... Shocked by his passing away. My thoughts are with his family and fans. Om Shanti," Modi wrote on Twitter.
