Industry Veteran Johnathen Beyman Joins Polaris’ Board Of Directors

Financial services major “With his experience in driving technology as an enabler at Citi, Byman is an evangelist for digital transformation. The Board of Directors unanimously felt that he would add immense value as Polaris enables the digital transformation of its clients,” the company said in a statement.
As the former managing director of Citi Group, New York-based Beyman was responsible for operations and technology activities of all three key ventures, which included investment bank, private bank and global transaction business. “He also chaired the Chief Information Officer's Council in Citi, a consolidated governance and decision making body that sets unified policies and standards worldwide across the bank,” added the company.
Beyman has headed financial majors Lehman Brothers as its managing directors and global head of operations and chief information officer. He has also served as the managing director of Credit Suisse as well as served the board of US post trade financial firm Depository Trust Corporation and NPower.
