Kidnapper Kicks 10-Year-Old Boy Out Of Car Because He Wouldn't Stop Singing Gospel Songs
It's an unlikely defense mechanism, but 10-year-old Willie Myrick from Atlanta's nonstop gospel singing was enough to deter his kidnapper from holding him hostage.
Authorities say Willie Myrick, who was nine at the time, was snatched in the driveway of his home in early April.
WXIA-TV reports that while Willie was being driven around for three hours, he kept singing the gospel song "Every Praise."

The boy's singing was so annoying to his kidnapper, he pulled over and threw him out of the car.
WXIA-TV spoke to gospel artist Hezekiah Walker, who sings the song "Every Praise." Walker met Willie at his local church following the boy's return.
"I really believe that God spoke through me to save that young man's life," Walker said.
Willie's abductor (below) remains at large. A $10,00 reward has been offered for information leading to an arrest.
